Short tracks throughout Michigan have struggled in recent years with Late Model car count, but I-96 Speedway owner Mike Mouch has a plan to reverse that trend at his Lake Odessa-based, half-mile dirt oval this season.

Mouch has announced that I-96 will be introducing the Ultimate Champion Late Model Series in 2009, in which drivers will be racing Crate Model 604 Engines.  Read the complete article…
